Shipping Terms
The Projector Pros uses FedEx as its primary shipper. To better understand our shipping parameters, please refer to the information below.

FedEx Ground Service
If your shipping destination is within the contiguous United States, or unless otherwise specified, The Projector Pros will automatically ship your projector via FedEx Ground Service.
Ground Service transit times are as follows: 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S;
Delivery days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

FedEx Overnight
Overnight delivery options are available by request. Overnight delivery parameters and times are as follows for overnight service:

• FedEx First Overnight® — Delivery by 8:00 or 8:30 am
• FedEx Priority Overnight® — Delivery by 10:30 am
• FedEx Standard Overnight® — Delivery by 3:00 pm

FedEx 2Day
Two-day delivery options are available by request. Two business day delivery parameters and times are as follows:

• FedEx 2Day® — Ships in two business days; Delivery by 4:30 pm

*Special note: All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other non-contiguous US territories will be automatically shipped via FedEx 2Day unless otherwise specified by the product's purchaser.

International Orders
The Projector Pros will automatically ship International orders via DHL unless other arrangements are made through a freight forwarder.

Other Shipping Carriers
The Projector Pros will also ship projector orders via DHL and UPS upon request by the product's purchaser. Delivery parameters and times are as follows:

DHL

• DHL Next Day 10:30 am — Guaranteed delivery of express shipments by 10:30 a.m. the next day to primary delivery areas.
• DHL Next Day 12:00 pm — Guaranteed door-to-door delivery by 12:00 noon the next business day anywhere in the U.S.
• DHL Next Day 3:00 pm — Shipments are delivered by 3:00 p.m. the next business day to primary delivery areas.
• DHL 2nd Day Service — Guaranteed delivery by 5:00 p.m. the second business day.
• DHL Ground Service — Guaranteed door-to-door delivery within 1 to 6 business days depending upon the origin and destination.

UPS

• Next Day Air Early A.M. — Guaranteed weekday delivery to major cities in the contiguous 48 states by 8:00 a.m.; Delivery by 8:30 a.m. to most other U.S. cities, including Anchorage, Alaska; Saturday service is available.
• UPS Next Day Air — Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location; Delivery by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturday; Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional time in transit; some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
• Next Day Air Saver — Guaranteed delivery by 3:00 p.m. to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m.; guaranteed delivery by 4:30 p.m. to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 12:00 noon; Shipments to residential locations within the Next Day Air Saver area are delivered by end of day.
• 2nd Day Air A.M. — Guaranteed delivery to commercial destinations by 12:00 noon on the second business day where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m.
• 2nd Day Air — Guaranteed on-time delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day; Intra-Alaska shipments are not guaranteed; Deliveries to remote locations in Alaska may take an additional 1-5 days.
• Ground — Guaranteed day of delivery from all addresses in the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. to every address in the 48 contiguous states.

Outbound Shipping Deadline
Any orders received by The Projector Pros after 3 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday will be scheduled to ship from our facility on the next business day.* If a next day delivery is required, please call The Projector Pros at 1-800-649-9809 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (EST). *This schedule excludes backordered and special order items.

Weekends and Holidays
Items are generally not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Backorders and Special Orders
The shipping date of backordered and special order items will vary. Upon receiving your order, we will notify you by email or by telephone within one business day if your order includes a special order or backordered item. We will also provide you with the anticipated delivery timeframe of your item.
