The Projector Pros.com offers extended warranties on all business projectors it sells. Our current pricing is as follows:

All SVGA projectors and XGA projectors below 4000 lumens -

One Year - $199.00
Two Year - $299.00
Three Year - $399.00

XGA projectors 4000 lumens and above -

One Year - $299.00
Two Year - $399.00
Three Year - $499.00

SXGA and higher resolution projectors -

One Year - $349.00
Two Year - $449.00
Three Year - $549.00

Terms and Conditions for our warranty programs are as follows:

Limited Warranty: The Projector Pros.com warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the term of the Extended Warranty. The Extended Warranty term starts on the day after the original manufacturer's limited warranty ends. Extended warranties apply to new, used, or remanufactured products. If the Extended Warranty is purchased for used product, the Extended Warranty term starts the date of purchase. This Extended Warranty only covers the projector and excludes lamps, cosmetic damage, batteries, or accessories. Finally, this Extended Warranty does not consider dead pixels a defect in material, unless the amount of dead pixels exceeds .09% of the total of pixels available for display.

This Extended Warranty sets forth The Projector Pros.com' maximum liability. The Projector Pros.com shall have no further obligation under the foregoing Extended Warranty if the projector has been damaged due to abuse, improper ventilation, natural disaster, shipping, lightning, fire, water, other acts of nature, theft, misuse, neglect, smoke exposure, accident, electrical stress, power surges, unauthorized modifications, tampering, alterations, service done by agents other than The Projector Pros.com, or any failure caused other than from ordinary use for which the projector was intended. In addition, failure of the end-user to follow maintenance procedures as outlined in the product's user guide will not be covered under warranty. Finally, The Projector Pros.com shall have no liability if the projector was subjected to operating conditions outside the range specified in the user's guide or in this Extended Warranty. Normal operating conditions are defined as use not in excess of 12 hours continuously per day with a minimum 8 hour period of continuous rest in the off state. If a claimed defect cannot be identified or reproduced in service, you will be held responsible for all costs incurred. This Extended Warranty excludes cleaning, removal or installation of the product, repair, or replacement of plastics due to cosmetic damage and damage as a result of normal wear.

If the projector, while subject to this Extended Warranty, is defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, then The Projector Pros.com, as its option, will REPAIR or REPLACE (with a projector of similar of better resolution and brightness specification) the projector.
